I am an artist specializing in sketching, drawing, painting and sculpture. The classes offered are online, in-person and pre-recorded. The classes are for beginners, intermediate and advanced students of art. The instructions and demonstrations range from the basic fundamentals of line and form to the intricate complex details created by tone, color and texture.
There are three ways to enjoy Fine Art classes at GAC: Self-Guided Online Courses that, Live Online classes via Zoom, and In-Person classes if you're in the San Jose area. If you have a group, I also offer special group packages and rates!
Self-Guided
Course
This guided online course, taught by artist James Green, is designed to teach the five fundamentals of drawing: Edge, Space, Relationship, Light & Shadow, and The Whole.
Join James and other artists around the world in exploring these aspects of drawing to express your creativity and discover your inner creative artist that is just waiting to emerge.

Online
This Online course via Zoom puts you in the driver seat. We have everything from step by step fundamental instructions for beginners to advanced techniques to create realistic drawing. The course is conformed to your specific needs, learning style and schedule. The classes can be recorded upon your request for future viewing at your leisure. Whether you want to learn to sketch, shadow and shade or realistic portraits, there is definitely a online drawing class for you.

In-Person Instruction
These classes are for students that prefer a in- person or hands on approach to their drawing instruction. We offer private, semi-private and limited number (4) in a group classes. With all the courses there will be an introduction to different drawing materials, various types of paper and surfaces.Working on site in- person with the instructor produces a balance of mastering artistic techniques, discipline and exploring the liberty of internal creative expression.

02. BAKING
WITH CLARICE
Baking is a fun passion that I want to share with others. I want to share recipes of some of my family traditions and allow others to experience the fun and creative expression they can achieve on their own by just learning a few techniques. I love doing in person classes it is so much fun. Not only do we get to create wonderful cakes but the joy and the laughter makes for such a great time for us all.

Choose from a variety of self-guided video courses with step-by-step recorded lessons taught by Clarice. Each class includes a detailed ingredients list, recommended tools and set up, and recordings that you can refer to anytime you want to bake delicious treats for your family and friends!
These recipes along with my upcoming classes are designed to build your baking skills with techniques and tools that will help you bake with ease and confidence. Being creative and having fun are the best parts of baking. Let your passion for baking flourish!
Live
Online
After all the fun of doing in person baking classes for several years I will now be offering live virtual classes on Zoom. We will have some of that fun and laughter that comes along with creating wonderful baked goods together. You get to create in your very own kitchen! From cakes to cookies, pies and other delectable treats we are going to have a blast. You can create a private group of friends or family or join a new group of baking enthusiasts. Recipes along with a list of supplies will all be included. You can bake along with me or enjoy the video of the class which will be available for you to watch and bake at your leisure.

I’m very excited about the opportunity we have, as individual artists & as a family, to be able to share the knowledge, experience & passion for our individual art forms with people. This year of learning how to function in this post-pandemic reality has been a challenge, obviously, but it has provided people with the time & availability to learn a new skill they’ve always had a desire to master.
